Job Summary | The Director of Real Estate directs all activities associated with land management/leases; real estate revenue activities; building and land acquisition/sales; building and land appraisals; all Rensselaer property-related tax payments; Rensselaer tax exemption requirements; and special activities, that include leases and subleases of external facilities, fraternity/sorority land/building leases and finances; estate activities and community issues. Programs that cultivate community and regional relationships and foster an exchange of ideas between community leaders, industry partners, researchers and students. As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform clerical functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, and providing information to callers. You will report to the Program Coordinator and you will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

Certified Teacher Assistants - Sign On Bonus - $1,500
As a Teacher Assistant, you will assist the classroom teacher in all aspects of teaching, behavior management, and supporting students success in school. You will report to the Preschool Supervising Teacher and you will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all Agency policies and procedures, along with state and federal regulations pertaining to our school and students.
- Assist the teacher in devising special strategies for reinforcing material or skills based on an understanding of individual students, their needs, interests, and abilities; create and modify materials to match student abilities.
- Work with individual students or small groups of students to reinforce learning of materials to match student abilities.
- Monitor student behavior and help maintain discipline in the classroom; record behavior data as requested; assist with crisis prevention; assist with de-escalation techniques with students.
- Assist in the implementation of behavior plans (BIP); recording behavior data; and the completion of incident reports when requested.

Job Summary | The Lally School of Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute seeks applications for a tenure-track (or tenured) faculty position at the Associate Professor level in Business Analytics/Supply Chain Management starting Fall 2024. Supervisor: Head Athletic Trainer/Student-Athlete Program Director
Position Purpose: Under the supervision of the Head Athletic Trainer, the Assistant Athletic Trainer supports the athletic department by providing care to student-athletes including injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation.
Union College sponsors 26 intercollegiate sports, 24 in Division III, with Ice Hockey competing at Division I. Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Treatment: Develop and implement injury prevention programs. Provide first aid and emergency care when necessary. Evaluate and diagnose athletic injuries. Design and monitor rehabilitation programs for injured student athletes. Provides therapeutic treatment such as taping, bracing, and modalities.
- Communication and Collaboration: Educate student athletes on care and prevention of athletic injuries. Provide guidance on proper conditioning techniques. Communicate effectively with coaches and student athletes about injury status and progress. Coordinates with physicians and healthcare providers as needed.
- Administration: Provides support with the daily operations of the athletic training room and assists with the supervision of work study students. Electronic medical record keeping of athletic injuries, treatments, and rehabilitation progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or a related field required. Master’s degree and experience with National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) regulations and compliance knowledge preferred.
- National Athletic Trainers Association certified and in good standing with the Board of Certification (BOC) for athletic trainers.
- First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, and Automated External Defibrillator certifications required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Manage POS Materials
- Employee handles the receiving of all POS.
- Break down, divide, and organize POS.
- Put away all POS in its designated location of the warehouse.
- Continuously condense POS to make room for new POS.
- Discard expired POS as directed by supervisor.
- Update inventory of all POS on the Data Report and POS System (min 3 times per week)

Job Summary | The Assistant Director (AD) of Student Activities is responsible for planning, facilitating and assisting in the coordination of student club programs on campus. The incumbent will develop programs working with clubs and other campus departments focusing on diversity and inclusion, community involvement/engagement, student leadership and operations as an advocate for student clubs. The AD will work with the staff to develop opportunities for servant leadership growth and development. - Perform clerical duties; maintain records of student progress; develop and file incident reports; maintain student files; check daily attendance; make copies; develop classroom displays and instructional material; maintain and operate computers, smartboards and other classroom equipment.
- Collaborate with teacher and other staff to incorporate information provided by parents, doctors, nurses, therapists and others to understand the needs of and provide services for students.
- Always monitor safety and well-being of students; monitor student attitudes and encourage positive behavior and interactions with peers.

Foster Care and Prevention
As an Administrative Assistant with Foster Care and Prevention, you will perform clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, and providing information to callers. You will report to the Program Coordinator and will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

Job Summary | The Production Coordinator will plan and coordinate production operations (stage, audio, video, IT) for assigned projects that come into the EMPAC facility. The Production Coordinator will have extensive communications and interaction with internal and external customers in order to plan events. This is a 30 hour per week (on average, 0.75 FTE) position, and the incumbent will be eligible for participation in health insurance and retirement plan. |
