Description
As a Residential Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee the clinical services provided in the Residential Treatment Facility (RTF). You will report to the RTF Program Director and will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative oversight for the clinical portion of the RTF program, including record-keeping and regulation compliance.
- Provide regular individual and group supervision to clinicians.
- Hire, train, orient, and conduct performance appraisals for all direct reports.
- Assist with coordinating and monitoring step-down and discharge planning for youth in the program.
- Develop, assess and monitor clinical goals and treatment planning for youth in the program.
- Provide clinical supervision, training, and support to all members of the clinical team.
- Function as a member of the administrative team, part of administrative on-call, and assist in development, oversight, and implementation of regulation and practices.
- Coordinate and monitor professional development of clinical staff.
- Maintain knowledge of and follow evidence-based practices.
- Lead, educate, and promote therapeutic, strength based work with youth, staff, and families through a trauma-informed lens.
Requirements and Education:
- Requires a Master’s degree and at least four years of progressively responsible related experience, or equivalent requisite education and experience.
- Requires LCSW or LMHC licensure.
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds.

Job Summary | The Darrin Fresh Water Institute (DFWI) Sr. Research Specialist, reporting to the Director and Associate Director of DFWI, will support and empower research, education, and outreach activities based at the Darrin Freshwater Institute, including facilitating research led by Rensselaer faculty and faculty from other universities, collaborate and assist with laboratory and field research activities, and support the growth of research activities at the field station. Union College, a highly selective liberal arts institution located in Schenectady, New York is accepting applications for the position of full time Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance & Ticketing. Union College is a member of NCAA Division III and the Liberty League. Union College sponsors 26 intercollegiate sports, 24 in Division III, with Ice Hockey competing at Division I. The successful candidate will oversee and implement a comprehensive athletics compliance program to ensure compliance with all applicable NCAA, ECAC, Liberty League and College rules and regulations.
This individual will also coordinate the sales operation for season tickets and single game sales for women’s hockey, men’s hockey and football in collaboration with the Senior Associate Athletics Director and two Assistant Ticket Managers.
Compliance: Reviews, addresses and adheres to NCAA bylaws and rules to ensure compliance with NCAA regulations.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of NCAA rules compliance (i.e., recruiting, financial aid, eligibility, extra benefits, camps, and clinics, etc.) and legislative and academic initiatives through professional associations.
Monitor and implement the National Letter of Intent Program, along with initial and continuing athletics aid agreements in coordination with the Office of Financial Aid.
Coordinate and effectively process all recruiting procedures and playing and practice season documentation.
Effectively manage all communication with the NCAA, including rules interpretations, and waiver submissions.
Monitor and enforce compliance rules, including investigating violations and preparing reports for submission.
Update compliance policies, and develop student-athlete, NCAA, and Union eligibility documentation.
Prepare and successfully submit annual required NCAA reports.
Collaborate and educate departments on campus to manage a successful compliance program.
Serve as a Campus Title IX Deputy Coordinator, including conducting intake meetings with reporting parties, facilitating sexual assault prevention training in compliance with Title IX, New York State Education Law 129-B, and NCAA membership requirements. Responsible for oversight of coach and volunteer compliance with NCAA-required trainings related to sexual violence prevention.
Administer effective rules and educational efforts for student-athletes, coaches, athletics staff, and campus constituents.
Ticketing: Managerial oversight of ticketing operations and ticketing assistants.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
A minimum of three years of successful NCAA compliance experience is required, preferably within an institutional athletics department.

Position Summary:
The Phonathon student caller program is the student outreach initiative for Union College. Student employees will be responsible for conversing with and soliciting Union alumni, parents, and friends for donations through various communication methods. Position Summary:
The Recruitment Specialist in the Human Resources department is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for faculty, staff, and administrative positions at Union College. Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
Experience:Preferred 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in higher education or a similar environment.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Supervisor: Director Of Special Collections & Archives/Associate Librarian
Position Purpose: Evaluates, appraises, describes, and preserves the College’s records and archives, including institutional records. The Records Management Librarian will manage and implement policies and procedures to ensure a standard, professional approach in preparing archival collections for research use and preservation storage. Updates and maintains compliance of the records management program for the College following legal and security requirements. Collaborates with colleagues both within the department and library and across campus. The successful candidate is expected to pursue a focused program of professional development, scholarly activity, and service as described in the Union College Faculty Manual Section II. VI and Appendix VI.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Records Management: Coordinates institutional records management frameworks. Updates and maintains workflows for processing born-digital records. Manages physical and/or electronic transfer and description of incoming college records. Evaluates records from across campus for inclusion into the College's historic record.
Archival Collection Management: Evaluates, appraises, and describes archival and manuscript collections. Manages departmental best practices for accessioning and describing archival collections. Assists with the planning and implementation of library's archival services.
Recordkeeping and Metadata Management: Works closely with administrative departments and offices to ensure recordkeeping and metadata best practices. Utilizes Describing Archives: A Content Standard (DACS) and maintains documentation. Collaborates with Digital Collections and Preservation Librarian and the Digital Projects and Metadata Librarian to ensure consistency in digital preservation and access of archival collections.
Professional Development and Campus Engagement: Stays current with archival trends through literature, social media, conferences, and professional development. Contributes to campus committees and attends campus events to support the library's mission. Pursues a program of professional development, scholarly activity, and service. May supervise student employees and interns. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in library or information science from an ALA-accredited program with a minimum of two years professional experience in archives or records management and special collections or a combination of relevant education, training, certifications, and work experience.
Experience with college-wide records management programs, inclusive of physical and digital collections.
Experience in a special collections and archives setting with focus on accessioning, appraising, arranging, describing, and preserving archival collections and preparing finding aids of varying size and complexity.
Experience with digital preservation frameworks and archival collection management systems (eg ArchivesSpace and Preservica).
Demonstrated knowledge of the principles, current practices, and standards for processing and management of archival collections (Describing Archives a Content Standard (DACS), Encoded Archival Description (EAD), etc).
Demonstrated commitment to undergraduate education.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail.
Proven understanding of how digital preservation technologies work with analog services and resources.
