As a per diem Preschool Teacher Aide - Substitute, you will work with teachers in the management of a preschool classroom by providing quality care to ages 3-5 following Agency philosophy, program performance standards and curriculum guidelines. You will report to the Preschool Supervising Teacher and you will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Use daily routines and observations to meet the strengths and needs of children
- Work as a team member to facilitate the programs curriculum, procedures and philosophy.
- Assist in the implementation of weekly program plans.
- Help establish a safe environment and a positive emotional tone that is supportive of the individual childs feelings by interacting with them in a supportive way.

Position Purpose:Plays an integral role as part of the team overseeing the College’s multicultural recruitment of a diverse and talented class. Represents Union College to a wide and diverse audience throughout the United States.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Recruitment:Represents the College at various on and off campus recruitment events, including college fairs, high school visits, open houses, and other special events to attract potential students. Coordinates, conducts, and contributes to the success of various student visit programs designed to recruit targeted applicant populations. Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills as well as confidence and clarity in public speaking.

Compensation
The annual for this position is $58,500.00. Behavior and Campus Support Worker
You will ensure the security of campus and community residential locations, including working with staff, maintaining communication with resident’s family and guardians, and overseeing resident transportation needs. You will report to the Online/Oncall supervisor and you will work on-site.

As a Family Support Worker, you will work as part of the Short-term Services Program which was developed as an intensive case-management service to rapidly resolve the concrete and referral needs of families entering the Child Welfare System. As a Nursing Director, you will lead medical services delivery within the division of Residential and Foster Care Services for Northern Rivers. This also includes oversight of nursing services provided in the agency schools and day treatment. As a Residential Assistant Supervisor, you will supervise staff who provide daily therapeutic care and programming according to agency policy and governing body standards and requirements. You will report to the Residential Supervisor and you will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise program activity which will lead to the attainment of goals described within treatment plans
- Supervise and evaluate the work of residential staff assigned to residential programs.

As the Director of the Youth Assertive Community Treatment program (ACT), you will have the opportunity to improve the lives of youth and families who experience significant impairments to their functioning in the community. You will oversee a multi-disciplinary team that provides services and supports to youth who are at risk of out of home placement, including hospitalization, residential, and educational placements. Position Purpose:Oversees and manages all aspects of the diving program for both the men’s and women’s diving teams at Union College in accordance with all rules and regulations set for by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Liberty League, and Union College. Responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling and conducting practice sessions, preparing and managing a training plan, recruiting student-athletes and supporting the academic progress of our student-athletes.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Coaching and Training:Leads all workouts for divers, and is committed to mentoring and developing a group with wide ranging abilities and experience. Schedules and conducts practice sessions. Implements strategies for student-athletes to perform.
- Recruitment: Identifies, evaluates, and recruits prospective student-athletes who align with the college’s values and academic standards, in close consultation with the head coach of swimming & diving. Develops and maintains relationships with high school coaches, club coaches, and prospective student-athletes.
- Administration:Assists in home and away meet preparation. Develops and executes a season training plan for boards and dryland. Present for recruiting weekends and team activities.
- Team Development and Innovation: Contributes ideas, input, and support to Union Athletics initiatives, decisions, communications, and other activities.. Seeks out, applies, and shares knowledge of new coaching trends and innovations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of experience coaching club high school or collegiate diving and/or a combination of relevant education, training, certifications, and/or work experience. Master’s degree and diving at the collegiate level is preferred.
- Proficient in using trampoline and spotting rig for dive training.
- Skilled in teaching new dives and evaluating diving techniques.
- Experience in judging diving competitions, including dual meets and championship events.
- Experience in leading, motivating and providing guidance to high achieving and competitive student-athletes.
- Experience in recruiting and successfully identifying talented prospective student-athletes who can thrive in a rigorous academic environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.

Position Purpose:
Assists in the organization, development, and leadership of a highly competitive Division I Women’s Ice Hockey program in support of the mission and core values of Union College.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Administration: Manages video preparation, filming, editing and uploading for games and practices. Coordinates all team meals. Assists Administrative Assistant with all office tasks. Partners with College Relations to build relationships and connection efforts with alumni. Assists in organizing team community service plan.
Recruiting: Assists in recruiting of prospective student-athletes, including management of recruiting data and information via ARMS software.
Social Media Management:Creates content for social media. Manages women’s hockey social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and/or a combination of relevant education, coaching training, certifications, and/or work experience.
Advanced knowledge of tools to review game footage such as XOS (for pre and post-game scouting) and Microsoft Office required. Prior experience using ARMS, preferred.
Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Able to proactively identify and pursue relevant learning and professional development opportunities and apply new knowledge, insights, and skills to enhance results.
Ability to lift moderately heavy items (up to 30 lbs.), and stand, bend and stoop for extended periods of time.

Compensation:
The expected rate for this position is $20.40 per hour. Compensation includes an hourly rate plus college housing and a meal plan. Except for roles with a set rate of pay, the wage/salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The stated hiring rate/range represents the College’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate/range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

As a Part-Time Case Manager, Regional Permanency Resource Center you will provide supportive services and case management services to adoptive, guardianship and kinship families so they are able to make informed decisions with regards to services and supports that best meet their needs. You will report to the Case Manager Supervisor. You will work in a hybrid environment with some travel to client's homes in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Function as a systems navigator to families who have adopted or who have children in guardianship or kinship care through the provision ofcase management.
- Meet with families in their home to assess needs
- Assess needs, conduct service planning, service plan implementation, service coordination, monitoring and follow-up, reassessment and review with the family via in-home or community monthly visits. Services include but are not limited to information and referral services; referral to legal services; attendance at family court dates; transportation; housing assistance; childcare; basic family needs (vital needs in emergencies and with expenses that are unforeseen); educational advocacy services; and facilitating appointments with social services, medical health providers, and mental health services.

- Maintain records including required data collection information according to the program standards and expectations. Case Managers must maintain Evolv record with progress notes and all pertinent documentation, a discharge summary and post-case closure documentation.
- Participate as a trainer in programs in the community, to increase understanding of the needs of families who have adopted or have children in guardianship or kinship care
- Complete risk assessments as required by Northern Rivers Quality Management Department
Requirements and Education:
- Bachelor’s level degree in social work, psychology, or human services, or a bachelor’s level degree in any field with at least two years of case management experience; or an associate’s level degree in psychology or human services with at least two years of case management experience.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
A minimum of three years of successful NCAA compliance experience is required, preferably within an institutional athletics department.

As a Clinician in the Families Work program, you will maintain a caseload of five families and meet with each weekly. As a Peer Advocate, you will be an ally, mentor, and advocate for clients and families as they contend with the difficulties and uncertainties of mental illness. Youth Peer Advocate:

- The FPA must possess a credential recognized by the Office of Mental Health and receive specialized training and supervision.
Family Peer Advocate:

- The YPA must possess (or obtain within the first twelve months of employment,) a credential recognized by the Office of Mental Health and receive specialized training and supervision.

• Contribute to client treatment plans, advocating for clients' needs

Clinical Case Manager, Prevention Services
As a Clinical Case Manager in the Prevention Services program, you will provide six to nine months of intensive services to families whose children are either at risk of being removed from their homes or are already in placement. The goals of the program are to prevent out-of-home placement for troubled children, provide a safe environment to return children already in placement, and prevent future out-of-home placement. As the Clinical Program Director of Community Transition Time Program (CTTP), you will oversee a new model of care with a multi-disciplinary team that provides services and support to adolescent youth and their families utilizing residential, community and home-based services. The goal of this program is to keep adolescents out of unnecessary hospital stays and instead provide wraparound care and case management for themselves and their families where they need it, in their home or in a short-term residential setting when needed.
You will manage the program and staff, develop relationships with referral sources including local hospitals and county mental health providers, client referral systems, client treatment and case management, client financial viability, as well as insights into the marketing of program and updating the program systems. You will report to the Senior Director of Residential Services and will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with local hospitals and mental health providers, care management providers, schools, primary care providers, housing authorities, and law enforcement agencies in the coordination of youth referrals into the program.
- Ensure coordination of child/youth discharge to the community, warm hand-off to community care management and facilitation of the use of the TRS as required for brief periods of stabilization.
- Oversee a short-term eight bed residential unit that provides 24/7 care.
- Be the spokesperson for this new program model and participate in collaborative meetings with the state and other service agencies, as well as educate the community about CTTP, outcomes and its theoretical background.
- Collaborate with the Local Governmental Unit (LGU), Director of Community Service (DCS)/Mental Health Commissioner and work with NYS OMH and other key agencies to provide training and support around the team's development.
- Consult and coordinate with hospital and program team members to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Ensure the continuous quality and improvement of services and development of the program, including regular monitoring and reporting of program outcomes for agency and state mandates.
- Be the Lead on recruiting, hiring and onboarding team members.
- Provide overall supervision to the team and create rotating on-call schedule for after hours and weekend coverage by team members.
- Participate in on call rotation with other program directors.
- Monitor caseload size and coordinate program intakes and discharges.

As a Children's Health Home Care Manager, you will engage youth and families through outreach activities until enrollment into the Children's Health Home program. You will coordinate and monitor subsequent services to meet the needs of your members. You will report to a program supervisor, working in a hybrid model. Responsibilities:

Per Diem Clinician,Permanency Resource Center
As a Per Diem Clinician, you will provide trauma-informed family therapy, child therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention as indicatedto individuals, families and groups in a Permanency Resource Center.This can include outpatient individual or family therapy, group therapy, consultation to caregivers, and support to case managers.
