Job Summary | The Production Coordinator will plan and coordinate production operations (stage, audio, video, IT) for assigned projects that come into the EMPAC facility. Job Summary | The International Exchange Specialist provides immigration advising and assistance for all J-1 visa holding visiting scholars and their dependents. The Specialist assists the Director with institutional compliance as related to the Exchange Visitors; including, reporting and monitoring data in the Student and Immigration Visitor Information System (SEVIS) and in Terra Dotta software. As a Peer Support Specialist, you will be a member of the Mobile Team, assisting the clinicians on Mobile visits and providing support and advocacy to individuals in crisis. You will also be a resource to the clinicians and case manager, through sharing their knowledge of common challenges individuals with SPMI endure and sharing knowledge about community resources. You will be an individual (adult) with lived experience with mental illness. You will report to the Clinical Site Supervisor and you will work on-site.

- Collaborate with service providers involved with individuals with SPMI.
- Provide information and peer to peer support to individuals who are served by the program.
- Educate and empower clients and their supports regarding their roles in developing crisis plans and in crisis prevention.
- Educate service providers regarding an individual's role in developing a crisis plan for themselves and in crisis prevention. Ensure that the individual is an integral part of the crisis planning process.
- Inform service providers (including Mobile Crisis and PCFC providers) regarding person- centered and strength-based practices. Maintain and model a focus on strengths.
- Utilize clinicians and clinical supervisor for advocacy for individuals served.
- Ensure that clients are satisfied with the services they are receiving and, if not, help them advocate for what they need.
- Educate individuals and primary caretakers on how to advocate if services are not meeting their needs.
- Be the liaison to other local supports in the community.
- Link individuals to Peer Support Services activities such as support groups, social events, newsletter.

- Process all designated cataloged material that is received, in a variety of formats and languages, according to departmental instructions.
- Review records and spreadsheets for quality assurance benchmarks.

The rate for this position is $15.00 per hour. As a Clinician in the Intensive Aftercare Prevention program, you will provide home-based clinical services to children and their families to help preserve or reunite them following Northeast Parent & Child Society's stated purpose and mission of protecting children, preserving families, and strengthen communities. The Intensive Aftercare Prevention Program (IAPP) is a home and community-based program assisting families who have children in foster care or children who are at risk of being placed in foster care. You will report to the Program Coordinator and you will work remotely with travel to client homes required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide home and community-based assessment, planning and treatment with individuals, groups and families with those enrolled in our Family Preservation services (the level of intensity / number of direct services hours per family is dependent upon the services in which one is employed)
- Complete necessary all records and client information following agency, county, and state policy and funding requirements
- Provide liaison contact with collateral resources such as referring agencies, schools, family court, and other agency personnel serving on behalf of a child and family as it relates to their treatment
- Responsible for the clinical decisions when assigned and paired to work as a team with a Bachelors Clinical Case Manager.
- Ensure provisions of regular treatment plan meetings and services plan reviews.
