Growing southern Saratoga County litigation firm is seeking an experienced full-time Litigation Associate.  Areas of practice include civil rights, employment law, education law and municipal litigation before federal and state courts.  Applicants must be admitted to practice in New York and have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant or translatable legal experience.  Strong research and writing skills, as well as meaningful connections to the region are also important.   Experience conducting depositions and admission to federal court(s) are a plus.  Competivive salary is commensurate with experience, with a floor of 85K, in addition to benefits (i.e., PTO, health insurance, IRA, HRA, cell phone and CLE reimbursement, etc.).Qualified candidates should submit their resume, a list of professional references and a short writing sample to Johnson & Laws, LLC at : caroljean@johnsonlawsllc.com.
