    Office Administrator & Accounting

    A full time position as an Office Administrator with accounting experience for a busy real estate office in Calgary SE.  The candidate should have a good working knowledge of accounts payable and receiveable and be able to work within a computer software program that facilitates all processes required.  Excellent inter-personal skills required and an good working knowledge of all MS Office software.  The ability to learn our industry specific accountin software that controls the overall administration and accounting network. 

    Some of the duties involved:
       -  Process commission payouts;
       -  Process accounts receiveable & payable as needed;
       -  Balance monthly general ledger accounts
       -  Prepare and remit government remittances (GST & Corporate) as required;
       -  Prepare bank reconciliations as required.
