Small law firm seeking an administrative assistant / secretary / receptionist. This position requires interaction with clients and potential clients. Must have excellent telephone skills. Neat handwriting and neat professional appearance are also necessary. 1 to 2 years of experience in an office admin or sales position would be helpful. Room for advancement to legal assistant / paralegal duties after training possible.
