Job Title: Groundskeeper, Custodial Worker
Location: St. Thomas More Middle & High School
Job Type: Full-Time
STM is seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our outdoor spaces. This role involves general grounds upkeep and maintenance. As a member of the custodial staff, some indoor custodial work is also required.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain outdoor grounds, including mowing, trimming, and snow removal.
- Perform custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and waste removal.
- Set up and remove tables and chairs.
- Ensure that all grounds and buildings are well-maintained and safe.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or custodial work preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Benefits:
