Golden West Technologies is currently hiring Internet Help Desk Technicians at our Rapid City, SD Call Center!
Our team currently has part-time openings for daytime, night and weekend shift coverage!
We are able to work with many schedules and may have the shift that works best for you!
Starting up to $10.25/hr!
- Provide great customer service by answer incoming calls from internet users
- Assist customers with getting email or connecting to the internet
- Document your troubleshooting steps in our ticketing software
- Enjoy working with computers and be comfortable speaking on the phone
- Have a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
- Be familiar with standard operating systems like Windows and Mac OS
- Willing to learn new technology
- Have excellent written and verbal communication
- Possess problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Be organized and pay attention to detail
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to complete a three to four week paid training period with no missed shifts or tardiness
