STM is seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our outdoor spaces. This role involves general grounds upkeep and maintenance. As a member of the custodial staff, some indoor custodial work is also required. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain outdoor grounds, including mowing, trimming, and snow removal.
• Perform custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and waste removal.
• Set up and remove tables and chairs.
• Ensure that all grounds and buildings are well-maintained and safe.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in groundskeeping or custodial work preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
