Role and Responsibilities
- Build synthetic stocks to customer and production specifications.
- Work with fiberglass, Kevlar and carbon fiber to properly laminate each stock.
- Prep material for production.
- Open molds at appropriate intervals and remove stock from mold; clean or scrape molds and ensure molds are properly prepared to return to production.
- Sandblast stocks or other parts as required for production.
- Sand and repair imperfections in synthetic stocks; work with bondo, spot putty and other materials to properly finish each stock to production specifications.
- Use safety equipment as required.
- Perform daily maintenance of work area and department to ensure cleanliness.
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or Management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 20-75+ pound lifting requirement, depending upon the position.
- Minimum 8 hours per day standing.
- Warm/Hot working conditions.
- Handling chemicals, along with fiberglass and other irritating materials (PPE provided)
- Fast-paced production process, including loud tools and machinery.
- Dusty working conditions from sanding.
- Repetitive movements, vibrating hand tools.
- Respirators may be required for certain positions (PFT & Fit test required).

Job Description
Position Title: Evening & Weekend Manager on Duty
Reports To: Store Manager
Location: Timmons Market-747 Timmons Blvd, Rapid City, SD 57703
Schedule: Primarily Fridays & Saturdays, 3:30pm–10:30pm, with opportunities for additional shifts throughout the week
Position Summary
The Evening & Weekend Manager on Duty (MOD) is responsible for overseeing store operations during assigned shifts. This position serves as the acting manager, ensuring excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies. The MOD provides leadership and support to all store departments, resolves customer concerns, and ensures a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the manager on duty during evening and weekend shifts, assuming full responsibility for store operations.
Provide leadership, direction, and support to team members across all departments.
Ensure outstanding customer service by assisting customers directly and resolving escalated issues.
Monitor store appearance, safety, and cleanliness, addressing any issues promptly.
Oversee front-end operations, including cashier performance, customer flow, and service standards.
Assist with scheduling adjustments, shift coverage, and employee breaks as needed.
Support adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Respond to emergencies, safety concerns, and incidents in a calm and professional manner.
Communicate shift updates, issues, and observations to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
Perform closing responsibilities, including securing cash, locking up, and ensuring the store is ready for the next business day.
Qualifications
Previous supervisory or management experience preferred, ideally in retail or customer service.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Strong customer service orientation.
Must be reliable and able to work evenings, weekends, and occasional additional shifts.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

- Identify and measure material to ensure correct material is used for each job.
- Use micrometers, calipers and other tools to ensure correct machining of all parts.
- Operate machines for drilling, cutting and machining processes.
- Repetitious or production runs and/or parts changing as necessary.
- Use safety equipment as required.
- Perform daily maintenance of work area and department to ensure cleanliness.
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or Management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 50+ pound lifting requirement. Minimum 8 hours per day standing.
- 4+ years of education and/or experience with CNC mills or lathes (Fadal, Mazak controls).
- 4+ years of education and/or experience in general machining, conventional mills and lathes.
- Responsible for providing necessary machining tools (micrometers, calipers and other as required).
- Attention to detail with ability to follow established procedures and instructions.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently.

- Regularly inspect and service machinery and equipment

- Coordinate with outside contractors for complex repairs and maintenance
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior facilities maintenance experience required (3-5 years preferred). Knowledge of building codes & safety procedures
- Lifting 50 pounds unaided; must be able to bend, crouch and lift items overhead
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including climbing ladders and stairs, working in inclement weather, operating a forklift and using hand and power tools
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other building systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics and machine manuals
- Exceptional organizational & communication (verbal & written) skills
- Detail-oriented & multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail with ability to follow established maintenance and safety procedures
