General Summary:
The Integrated Marketing Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing Golden West marketing strategies through integrated marketing campaigns. This creative, professional position develops and implements integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and grow overall sales. The Integrated Marketing Specialist works with Marketing & Communications team members on a unified approach to accomplish department and company goals.
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain thorough understanding of brand guidelines and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans for both business to consumer and business to business objectives using mass marketing and one-to-one marketing approaches.
- Implement comprehensive marketing plans across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, out of home, traditional media, community events, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to create high-quality content, including blog posts, social media content, email copy, videos, and other marketing materials.
- Work with other Golden West departments to ensure they have the tools they need to be successful and to meet product and company goals.
- Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with marketing team members and other departments to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned and on brand.
- Update, edit, and proofread content as required for accuracy, presentation of marketing messages, and brand style and usage.
- Stay appraised of new developments in the marketing landscape and provide internal recommendations.
- Execute campaigns within budgets by monitoring and forecasting expense.
- Coordinate and assist with Marketing and Communication Department-led events and projects, as directed.
Other Responsibilities:
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by Management.
- Must be able to work on-site at a Golden West designated reporting location.
- Must be able to travel to and from other Golden West locations, as needed, to perform position duties or assigned functions.

Must have, or be able to obtain, and maintain a valid South Dakota driver’s license, have an excellent driving record and be insurable under the Company’s insurance policy.
Other Qualifications and/or Credentials:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.)

General Summary:
