Restaurant and Bar Managers

Dining Rooms & Bar Managers provide members and guests with high quality standards in service, presentation, beverage quality, and sanitation procedures. These Full-Time positions will be responsible for managing daily dining and bar service operations including, but not limited to, supervision and training of all server and bar personnel and maintaining a high level of service and to ensure the standards set forth by Yellowstone Country Golf Club.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities

Responsible for supervising, training, developing of Dining and Bar personnel in accordance with club policies and procedures. 

Responsible for beverage promotion and pricing strategy with assistance from General Manager Chef, and Food & Beverage team.

Responsible for implementing and conducting service training as needed to ensure proper service goals are being met.

Works with other Department Heads to ensure Member satisfaction through promotion of club activities.

Maintains proficiency in YCC’s Food & Beverage point of sale software and hardware.

Responsible for insuring the cleanliness of dining areas.

Responsibility, reliability, able to command the respect of the staff, able to communicate well with members and staff.

Work Experience: 1+ years’ experience (preferred) managing in Food and Beverage Operations

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

Hours vary depending on tournaments, events and Club needs. Scheduling flexibility is a BIG plus. TIPS training is also a plus. Apply today.
