A  busy repair shop is seeking a receptionist that will be primarily responsible for greeting customers upon arrival, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing customer paperwork and maintaining a clean and organized reception area, essentially serving as the first point of contact for all customers while providing excellent customer service throughout their visit. 

Key responsibilities may include:

• Customer interaction:

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival. 
  • Answer phone calls promptly and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member. 
  • Schedule repair appointments accurately and efficiently. 
  • Assist customers with completing necessary paperwork
  • Provide updates on repair status and estimated completion times. 
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally. 

• Administrative tasks:

  • Maintain accurate customer records and vehicle information. 
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions 
  • Create repair orders and track job progress 
  • Filling
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area 
  • Basic Cleaning

• Knowledge and skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong customer service orientation 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively 
  • Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling  
  • Basic understanding of automotive repair processes (preferred) 

Competitive wages and is paid at an hourly rate, based on your qualifications and performance.
Hours: Full Time, Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm
Wages: Starting at $16.00 - $18.00/hr - Wages negotiable on experience
