Job Description: As a Software Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our current customer base and transitioning existing clients from our legacy software to Fence Cloud. Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy using one-to-many methods such as webinars, product demos, partnerships, in-person events and online events.

    Collaborate with marketing to design compelling sales materials.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

This sales position involves a mix of one-on-one and one-to-many interactions with prospective clients.

Your typical day will include:

    Brainstorming and executing new one-to-many sales strategies, such as webinars and group presentations.
    Conducting one-on-one product demos via Zoom to address specific customer needs.
    Building meaningful relationships with industry consultants and influencers to drive referrals and brand advocacy.
    Becoming thoroughly familiar with Fence Cloud’s features and benefits to effectively communicate its value to customers.
    Utilizing our CRM system, Zoho, to track sales activities, manage leads, and monitor progress.

Our busy season is usually November through March, and our slow season is typically April through October (which makes it easy to take time off during the summer). This position requires you to work in office in Billings, MT with occasional travel.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm (flexible on time for childcare)

Wages: $20.00 / hr. plus a commission structure based on customer retention

• Financial Management: Establish internal controls, oversee bookkeeping, manage assets and debt, prepare financial statements and budgets, and facilitate audits.
• Corporate Governance: Maintain corporate records, shareholder information, and facilitate clear communication with the Board of Directors, committees, and shareholders.
• Human Resources & Team Leadership: Supervise administrative staff, support HR activities, and provide financial guidance to other departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Accounting. CPA or CMA required.
• Proven management experience with strong leadership skills.
• Excellent oral, written, and public relations communication skills.
