Our multi-location practice is seeking an organized and personable individual who's role will be essential in providing exceptional service to our patients and supporting the overall efficiency of our clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients in a cheerful manner upon arrival to our office and during all other communications
• Coordinate and manage the daily patient schedule
• Communicate with patients via phone, email, text, and in-person to schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• Maintain up-to-date patient information in our practice management software
• Educate patients on any necessary paperwork and consents ensuring they are well-prepared and informed
• Support front desk operations as well as the orthodontist and other team members within the practice
• Maintain a clean and orderly work space

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service-oriented attitude with the ability to build positive relationships with patients
