Responsibilities:

• Assist the orthodontist during procedures, including the placement and removal of brackets, bands, and wires
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, orthodontic care, and post treatment care to ensure optimal results
• Take dental impressions, x-rays, intraoral and extraoral photos, and digital scans for diagnostic purposes
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, treatment areas, and workspaces according to compliance regulations
• Perform lab tasks, including pouring and trimming models, and fabricating retainers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
