We’re seeking a compassionate, experienced Director of Nursing to lead our skilled nursing team at NKSTHD. This is a vital leadership role ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations (Title 22, CMS, OBRA).

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing staff (RNs, LVNs, CNAs)
• Ensure regulatory compliance & clinical excellence
• Lead infection control, staffing, surveys, & education
• Champion a culture of dignity, safety, and teamwork

Ideal candidate:

• RN license in CA
• Strong leadership in skilled nursing/LTC
• Knowledge of Title 22, CDPH, CMS
• Passion for serving diverse communities in a nonprofit setting

Pay Range:

• Salary: $115,000 – $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
