As the Behavior Support Classroom Specialist, you will ensure the safety of the students in the Alternative Programming Room. You will coordinate clinical, academic, and restorative efforts for students in APR. You will report to the Dean of Students and will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily schedule for Alternative Programming Room with teaching staff, classroom staff, and clinicians.
- Coordinate Restorative Practices efforts with the administrative team
- Communicate with leadership team regarding incidents and interventions.
- Support and correct behavior support staff interactions and interventions with students.

As a Residential Team Leader, you will supervise staff who provide daily therapeutic care and programming according to agency policy and governing body requirements. You will report to the Program Manager and work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Manager in creating a versatile team to work cohesively and therapeutically with the youth and their families on the unit

Clinician, School Based Crisis - Days
MSW/MHC's with a Limited Permit are eligible for a $2,500 signing bonus!

Full-time Licensed Social Workers are eligible for a $7,500 signing bonus!
