Clinician, School Based (23327)

We have an opening for a Clinician to provide comprehensive behavioral health services to school aged children within their natural school environment across Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk (RCS) Central School District. If your passion is supporting students’ emotional, behavioral and social development, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your clinical experience. And if you are working towards or maintaining your licensure, we offer clinical supervision and free training through our SATRI program for CEU credits.

As a School Based Clinician, you would work independently but still have the support and guidance of our clinical team working with you as needed, while being able to travel between offices for a change of scenery. Four days a week this position serves middle and high school aged students, and one day a week you work at the elementary level with children in need of mental health support. Mileage reimbursement is offered for travel.

As a Clinician, you will work collaboratively with the school districts and as part of an interdisciplinary team with identified students providing clinical counseling to the youth and their family in an outpatient mental health clinic within the school building, licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH). You will report to the Director of the Behavioral Health Center and you will work onsite.

There is also a $2,500 Retention bonus for limited permit or $7500 retention bonus for licensed candidates
