POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Maintenance Workers take pride in preventative maintenance, repairing of buildings, grounds and equipment. You would beworkingfrom 7:30amto 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, or as needed for snow removal.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for removal of snow on property.
- Perform tasks related to maintenance slips and project work, will be available for off hours work such as snow removal and other emergencies and are willing to work irregular hours as needed.
- Assume primary responsibility for the maintenance of a specific Agency building, or for the provision of a specific Department function (e.g. automotive or grounds).
- Perform repairs to plumbing, electric wiring, furniture, doors and windows, hardware, varied mechanical equipment, machinery, install shelves, new hardware and do skilled painting.

Position Summary
Provide daily therapeutic care and programming according to Agency and other governing bodies (LDSS, OCFS, CSE, etc.) standards and requirements for adolescent clients who are emotionally disturbed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain the physical order of the building and therapeutic environment of the units.

- Provide home and community-based assessment, planning and treatment with individuals, groups and families with those enrolled in our Family Preservation services (the level of intensity / number of direct services hours per family is dependent upon the services in which one is employed)

- Provide liaison contact with collateral resources such as referring agencies, schools, family court, and other agency personnel serving on behalf of a child and family as it relates to their treatment
