Vector Marketing is currently running interviews for part time sales reps, with an option to work a full schedule. Our customer service focused sales representatives present our products in one on one presentations, done virtually. We offer a minimum base pay (paid weekly) so representatives don’t feel a pressure to make a sale – instead we ask them to focus on providing excellent service to customers. We believe the quality of the product speaks for itself.
The product we represent is Cutco. Our product is used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well. Previous work experience is not required and knowledge about home goods isn’t needed, but we are looking for people who enjoy working with others. If you are comfortable talking with the average mom or dad, you’ll do well here.
Position details:
Excellent pay – Great starting base pay, this is paid per presentation and selling is not a requirement to earn it. We have a commission structure based on performance. There is an opportunity for a rep to earn more, but they still have a fall back if they have an off week.
Solid training – We have been training people to do well for over 40 years. Even if someone doesn’t decide to stay with us long term, the network and communications skills they learn are needed for any field.
Flexible Schedule – We help our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, some work part time, while others choose to earn an extra income around other commitments like school, internships, another job, or travel plans.
Room for Advancement – Promotions are based on performance, not seniority. There is an opportunity to move into higher roles, even for part timers or students.
Requirements:
