Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Heavy Equipment Operator. Must be experienced in the operation of Excavators, Track Loaders and Dozers, Skid Steer Loaders and other equipment.  Must be able to lead a small crew in the field completing grading and other pipe laying projects.  Pay is dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment 
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of water and sewer pipelines.
- Grade and level land surfaces as required.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in grading, septic and utilites.
- Drivers license with a clear driving record, abilty to obtain a Commercial Drivers License (if not already qualified)
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
