Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a laborer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn on the job, as prior experience is a plus but not required. We believe in providing hands-on training to help you develop the necessary skills to operate equipment and perform various tasks related to grading, water, and sewer operations.

Responsibilities:
- Preform manual labor, including; shoveling, lifting and operating small equipment such as chainsaws and compactors.
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of septic systems and utlity (water and sewer) projects.
- Grade and level land surfaces as required.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in grading, septic and pipe laying is a plus, but not required.
- Ability and willingness to learn on the job.
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Drivers license with a clean driving record.
