We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Account Executive to bring fresh perspectives, strong sales performance, driven by desire to help local businesses grow and desire to be a part of the largest multi-platform Radio & TV media outlet in the market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen on helping businesses with marketing success.

Key Responsibilities:  Sales and Revenue Generation: Core duty is to sell advertising to businesses and individuals. This involves identifying potential new clients, making sales pitches, and negotiating contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:  Account executives maintain and develop relationships with existing clients. They work to understand their clients' advertising needs, ensuring their campaigns are successful.

Campaign Management:  They oversee the entire advertising campaign process, from initial client briefs to the execution and monitoring of campaigns. This includes coordinating with creative teams to ensure that the content meets client specifications and campaign goals.

Market Research and Strategy:  Understanding the market is crucial. Account executives conduct or use market research to identify advertising opportunities and to stay ahead of industry trends.

Networking and Promotion:  Attending industry events, networking with potential clients, and promoting their station or network to increase visibility and attract new business.

Qualifications:  Proven experience in sales. Broadcast sales a plus but not requirement. - Desire to grow. This position has large opportunity for growth.
