The Service Scheduler will coordinate and schedule technical staff for the installation and support of multiple product lines to a diverse customer base. They will be responsible for prioritizing all installation and service activities while providing regular and effective communication to both staff and customers. A service scheduler must have both excellent verbal and written communication skills. Also have strong computer and MS Office skills. Will be responsible for answering incoming calls on a multi-line phone system. Will assist with shipping and receiving duties in a small warehouse environment.
