Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Type

  • Full-time - Monday - Friday (8:00 am – 3:00 pm) Clifton Park Site
  • Pay Rate: $45,000 - $80,000 based on experience
  • School year and six-week Summer Program
  • Integrated and Self-contained preschool classrooms, ages 3-5

 

Qualifications

  • MUST BE:
    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing and/or
    • Licensed Behavior Analyst in New York State in good standing
  • Master’s degree in special education, applied behavior analysis or psychology
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Acceptance of philosophy and code of conduct of the agency and the Behavior Analysts Certification Board.

 

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

  • Utilize evidence-based practice in the development of intervention plans, treatment plans and skill acquisition plans; provide assistance, training and feedback before and/or during implementation.
  • Conducts education and behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, FBAs, ETC.).
  • Responsible for Supervision, Mentorship and oversight of quality of services and documentation of RBTs and BTs.
  • Create and conduct training for staff and/or parents in the techniques, principles and practice of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Schedule and conduct observations and provide hands-on training and guidance
  • Discusses client progress, reviews treatment and behavior plans with caregiver
