What you will do:
- Develop a culture of growth and performance
- Oversee all customer concerns with timely resolution. Demonstrate 100% customer satisfaction with all customers.
- Manage staff that books and schedules service calls
- Achieve booked calls and sales goals
- Support installation team to ensure highest quality installations while achieving company financial goals
- Manage financial responsibilities including payroll, account payable, and account receivable
What is required:
- Previous management experience
- Ability to manage inter-department relationships
- Ability to hold in person training seminars and handle large groups of team members
- Able to self-navigate through the Nexstar web site materials and videos to use for trainings
- Able to deal with upset customers and deescalate situations
- Staffing experience including interviewing, hiring, and retention
- Pre-employment drug test, background check & pre-employment physical
