Regional HR Director
As a Regional HR Director, you provide Business Partner operational support to Care Members and Leadership at ArchCare Programs. You manage Care Member Engagement, Leadership Development, Workforce Accountability and achievement of overall organizational goals. You foster relationships with department leadership and provide counsel and guidance on issues related to Care Member Experience and Department goals and objectives; ensure Program compliance with regulatory agencies (ex: Joint Commission, Department of Health, CMS, etc). Constructively interact with union representation and Care Members regarding labor relations.
