Instructor of Robotics
Southwestern Michigan College, a two-year college located approximately 30 minutes north of South Bend, Indiana and approximately 30 minutes from Lake Michigan’s eastern shore is seeking an Instructor of Robotics.
The instructor is needed to teach courses within the robotics curriculum. Assignments will be day or evening at the Niles Campus and could include Fundamentals of Electricity, Digital Electronics, Industrial Robotics, Process Control Instrumentation (solid state devices), Programmable Logic Controllers, Motors and Motor Controls (machine wiring), Fluid Power, or other related subjects.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field and work experience as a Control’s Engineer or similar position. Must have a minimum of 18 graduate hours in a related engineering field or years of related work experience.
Master’s degree, teaching experience, FANUC Certification.
