The ideal candidate will be highly productive and a team player who will be willing to contribute in any way to allow our patients achieve optimal health. We are looking for an adult mindset human that can manage themselves and contribute to making team decisions so our patients get the best care possible.
Candidates must have current Oregon dental hygiene license. Nitrous oxide license must be obtained within the first year of joining the team. Knowledge and demonstration of local anesthesia administration for hygiene patients and occasionally for the restorative patients is required. Proficiency in digital radiography preferred but will consider training for the exceptional candidate. Candidate needs to bring their sparkling personality to the office and be willing to share it with the patients and the team. Excellent communication skills are appreciated as well as an open mind to alternative methods of communication. Candidate must not have an ego, be willing to learn all aspects of Invisalign, and continue to grow as fast as the dental profession is growing. We have a combined 50 years of experience in this ever changing field and have embraced it with excitement.
