Food Service Generalist
St. Lawrence University has openings for a Food Service Generalist in Dining & Conference Services. These are fulltime, 9-month, seasonal positions. Responsible for preparing food items, according to documented recipes in the area assigned and monitoring food quality throughout the meal periods. Contributes to the total function of the dining service operation in a positive manner. Schedule may be days, nights and weekends. Months off are June - August Qualifications: High School diploma (or equivalent) required. Prior experience is preferred. Ability to operate a cash register, standard cooking and dish washing equipment and other mechanical devices located in a food service operation.
