St. Lawrence University seeks to fill a part time/seasonal, Concessions Manager position in Dining & Conference Services. The Concessions Manager is responsible for the coordination and execution of the functional operation of concessions at Athletic and other events. Plan and monitor food supplies, oversee and direct the operations, manage cash, operate related equipment and assure clean environment. Provide quality customer service and supervise and direct temporary staff.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge and quality skills in employee and public relations, food production methods and procedures, food ordering, inventory systems, budget monitoring, and employee scheduling and management. Solid computer knowledge is essential. Requires flexibility for work schedule including evening and weekend work. Associate degree and 2 – 4 years management experience in a fast food or concession operation preferred.
