Recreation H/H-Premium Space Attendant - Part-Time, Walt Disney

Job Summary:

Disney Water Park Guests have a great way to relax and cool off at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon and Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Parks. Guests have the option to rent a premium space within each Water Park, and some of our premium Walt Disney World Resorts. These spaces include the personalized service of a Cabana Attendant, comfortable lounge furniture, tables, and rental towels. The Cabana Attendant will offer information and tips to make the most of the Guest’s visit as well as assist with food and drink orders for the party.

Recreation H/H roles receive a starting rate of $10.00/ hour and is a non-tipped role.


The Recreation H/H-Premium Space Attendants provide a personalized guest service to our Guest. They are responsible for setting up and attending to the Guest needs throughout their day including keeping the cabana area clean and sanitized. Replenishing coolers with ice and water along with maintaining fresh clean towels. They will also take QSR food and beverage orders and enter into a handheld POS device and when order is ready, pick it up from the food location and deliver it to the Guest.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Prolonged standing in an outdoor environment for most of a shift.
  • Candidates should be self-motivated and enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Heavy lifting is required
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role.
  • This role is Part-Time and requires full availability for any shift, a MINIMUM of (3) THREE days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
