Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist I. Primary Function: ensure the upkeep and safekeeping of all consumer loan files. Perform routine loan maintenance and payment processing.
Responsibilities
- Update loan files, supply information from loan files, send files for imaging, index & audit of documents in Onbase, maintain security of member loan files to specified guidelines and obtain paper or fiche copies for members of management, auditors or Collections.

Primary Function: provide highest level member service through efficient, accurate transaction processing and applying a consultative needs-based sales approach, focused on establishing new member relationships, and deepening and retaining existing relationships, to cross sell HVCU products and services.

- Accurately process transactions. Educate members about the most convenient way to complete transaction processing in the branch and through other channels such as Internet Banking, the mobile app, audio response, the Contact Center, etc. Resolve member complaints and concerns quickly and efficiently and involve other functional areas as needed.
- Responsible for handling large volumes of cash and negotiable items. Assists management with daily operational tasks including operator, ATM, TellerInfinity and branch proof.

Directly oversee the daily operations of commercial lending processing and administration, to include both branch/smaller business loan requests as well as larger commercial loan requests. Supervise the commercial loan process from approval to close. Ensure loan approvals are closed in a timely manner. Directly oversee the SBA 7A portfolio, to include processing and reporting functions.
Responsibilities

- Provide internal and external member service by responding to calls in all in-bound queues related to product information, account details, loan applications, establishing new accounts for existing members, etc. Conduct outbound calls as directed. Primary Function: Responsible for leading profitability methodology, measurement, reporting, and analysis to support all lines of business. Scope to include product, member, and account level profitability. Develop and implement advanced modeling techniques to forecast financial and product performance.
