Waypoint Chiropractic is looking to expand our team. We are a high volume, fast-paced chiropractic health care facility serving the families of the Greater Bozeman area. We specialize in care for the pregnant mother, infants, families and see everyone, all the way to seniors. Training and resources provided. Experience in marketing and Community Outreach preferred.


***Part time for training that will grow to full time if desired.


Job duties include, but are not limited to: 

Marketing - Both in office and out of office calls, scheduling, promotion creation, non-profit correspondence, event organization, event planning and hosting, and event management, maintaining active marketing data and systems.

Community Outreach- Networking meeting attendance, relationship building and attendance at community events, promotion material creation and distribution, business to business networking, maintaining current relationships, appreciation management.

Office Work - scheduling appointments, scanning documents, insurance verification, customer service, making and receiving phone calls, patient history taking, brief patient examination, assisting the doctors with necessary duties, front desk office duties, etc.

Practice Member Care - Educating Practice Members on Neurologically Based Chiropractic, patient consults, assessments and x-rays. Loving on people!

Team Marketing - Inviting people to our events and some out of office events ie. Health Fairs, Coordinate marketing team roles, and attendance.

Qualities of an ideal candidate include: willingness and motivation to learn new things, excellent customer service skills, flexibility in hours (**evenings and some weekends required), a team player, a dedicated and loyal individual who seeks a position of longevity, a creative and innovative mind, a definite multi-tasker, someone who loves serving others, and a compassionate heart. 


-Must be a team player and enjoy working with others

-Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment

-Must be outgoing and willing to communicate and initiate communication with our community members and practice members

-Will be required to learn In-office tasks

-Must be 18+

-Must have their own transportation to and from events and work

-Must have higher level knowledge and comfort with computers and technology (we are an electronic medical office)

-Must have data management and CRM experience.

-Must have excellent communication skills: Verbal and Written

-Must be available to attend community events, and networking meetings: Mornings, Evenings and Weekends 

-Must be flexible with hours

-Will be required to travel 2x a year for conferences

* Mileage tracking required for reimbursement

Bilingual is a plus, but NOT required. Previous medical/chiropractic experience NOT required. Pay dependent upon abilities and performance.
