The Mechanical Engineer will be looked at to provide support to our clients' production and design goals, while working in tandem with various departments.
The Mechanical Engineer / Drafter will have the following responsibilities:
- Work in tandem with Manufacturing teams to ensure products are manufactured effectively and efficiently
- Project oversight, manufacturing assembly support, mechanical design
- Coordinates electrical design and PLC programming with Electrical Engineer
- Be a reliable team member who will be onsite consistently, contributing positively to the company goals while aligning with their core values
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Recent Drawing/Drafting experience
The ideal Mechanical Engineer candidate will have the following skillset/experience:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in a Mechanical Engineer type of position
- Knowledge of Excel, Solid model experience, and Microsoft Windows
- BA in Engineering or Technical Education would be a plus
- Ability to be onsite daily
- Clear communication skills

Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Senior End User Technology Engineer. Primary Functions: Responsible for guiding the implementation and processes to support all end user technology at Hudson Valley Credit Union. Act as a 2nd tier of support for Desktop and Infrastructure teams. Lead and assist with desktop, mobile, audio-visual, cloud and internal customer productivity tools. Create processes, standards and guidelines for the support and maintenance of all in-scope technology.
Responsibilities
- Create documented standards and procedures for support staff to follow
- Build and implement “golden image” templates to be used for the enterprise wide deployment of end user technology
- Oversee the implementation of Audio-Visual technology and ensure best practices are followed
- Coordinate with QA, Architecture and Information Security to ensure end user technology adheres to security standards and maintains a technology roadmap.
- Build escalation processes to act as a 2nd tier of support for HVCU Information Technology support teams and mentors those teams to continually develop their knowledge, skills and abilities
- Build, design and maintain Windows System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). Ensure procedures and tools for creation of software packages exist and are kept current.
