We are seeking full-time Asphalt and Construction Site Laborers to assist in paving operations and site work construction in Dutchess County, NY.
As an Asphalt Laborer and member of our paving crew, you will shovel and rake asphalt, run asphalt screed, and perform occasional flagging work. As a Construction Laborer and member of our site crew, you will shovel and rake stone, install drainage, water, and sewer pipe, and perform other construction site work.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
- Current/ recent experience in outdoor construction, or similar role
- Previous asphalt/ blacktop experience is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle to travel to job sites directly
- Physically able to work on your feet all day, outside in extreme weather conditions
- Motivated, “can-do” attitude

We are seeking an experienced Class B CDL Driver to be based out of Poughkeepsie, NY and be responsible for transporting asphalt and stone to various construction sites throughout the Hudson Valley.
You will generally work M-F from 7:30am – 5:30pm, with frequent overtime and work on Saturdays, especially during the summer.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements):
- At least 2+ years of experience driving a standard transmission triaxle truck
- Clean and valid NYS Class B commercial driver’s license
- Current Medical/Physical Card
- OSHA 10 Construction needed- but will provide paid training
- Motivated, “can-do” attitude

This position (at this point) runs the gamut from hands on, to computer work, scheduling, working with an ERP computer program. Oodu experience is another star next to your name. You'll get a BIG star if you can work with AutoCad and Solidworks!
