equipment since 1947 has a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual.

The position of Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative must deliver outstanding service, communication;
build long term customer loyalty and relationships.
Bachelor’s degree preferred 
Experience in commodity products a plus, but will train a great candidate who is willing to learn and 
has a great work ethic
Ability to prospect new business 
History of working with cross-functional teams including customer services and sales 
Self-Motivated, high energy team player 
Ability to drive a sale

1. Job Title: Inside Sales/Customer Service Professional 
2. Department: Inside Sales 
3. Reports to: Office Manager 
4. Job Summary: Inside Sales/Customer service professional with a proven track record of 
meeting and exceeding objectives. This position will be responsible for contacting, qualifying, 
and growing new business as well as maintain long-term relationships with our wholesalers and 
contractor customers.
5. Duties and Responsibilities of the job
 Jointly with a Regional Sales Managers manage the territory, goals and team objectives 
 Meet or exceed activity thresholds pertinent to success in territory 
 Build and manage individual sales pipeline 
 Inbound and outbound account management 
 Develop dealer/channel relationships 

 Use consultative skills and technical knowledge to develop and maximize sales 
 Up sell and cross sell new products, add-ons, professional services, and maintenance
 Support the reseller channel during the sales cycle (assisting with RFP, etc)
 Provide effective product demos for resellers and directly to end-user customers 
 Generate sales campaign ideas and be a part of the execution of campaigns
 Update reseller and end-user contact information directly in CRM database
 Manage:
o Inbound prospect calls and eMail inquiries
o Inbound reseller and eMail inquiries 
o Manage account data bases
o Outbound campaigns and “check up” calls
o Outbound prospecting and lead development
Office Assistant
 Manage customer data bases
 Update customer profiles
 Track and communicate new products and price increases
 Enter commissions 
 Enter warranty claims
6. Experience and Training required:
 Bachelor’s degree 
 1-2 years prior sales experience preferred (inside sales, customer service) 
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding presentation and 
organizational skills 
 Proficiency using mainstream PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
 Proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions
 Rock-solid time management skills
 Ability to overcome and handle objections
