Administrative Assistant – Client Services Manager
We are a well-established Financial Services Firm working with over 600 clients in the Finger lakes, Southern Tier of New York, and Northern Tier of Pennsylvania.
We are seeking a candidate interested in growing with and supporting our Experienced Financial Services Team.
The Administrative Assistant will provide support for three Experienced Advisors.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will work closely with new and existing clients and assist in their administrative needs.
Setting-up accounts, preparing paperwork, and processing business, as well as follow up on business submitted is a key responsibility.
Answering incoming calls, and routing messages to each Advisor is part of daily activities.
Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Must be organized and possess an attention to detail.
Must have the ability to learn new processes and adapt to change as products and systems change.
Knowledgeable computer skills, including word processing, and data entry is needed for this position.
At least 1 year of Administrative experience and office experience preferred.
The position will require fingerprinting, and a background check since you will be affiliated with the securities industry.
Training specific to our systems will be provided.
