Sales Assistant - Licensed


Limestone City Wealth Management, a division of Raymond James Ltd. is looking for a Sales Assistant to provide administrative support and outstanding customer service to our client base. The ideal candidate will be able to function in a responsible manner independently, and contribute as a team member to the success of the Branch as a whole.


A Sales Assistant is responsible to their assigned Financial Advisor(s) for the following:

• Processing and following up on security transactions and transfers • Responding to requests for information / preparing correspondence and reports • Servicing clients’ general day-to-day requests • Maintaining Financial Advisor files • General office duties.


• Educational Requirements: Post-secondary education & Completion of Canadian Securities Course as well as the Conduct and Practices Handbook (or commitment to complete these courses within one year)

• Experience:  2 years in the Investment Brokerage or Financial Services Industry, proficiency with MS Office with strong Excel skills, experience with Dataphile and Market Q or Thomson Reuters is an asset.


We are looking for an individual with excellent oral and written communication skills to work in a high-volume, pressure-oriented environment. The ability to prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines and tasks is essential. The candidate must have the ability to exercise tact and discretion, as well as handle strictly confidential information, pay meticulous attention to detail and have superior problem solving skills.
