Social Worker/Mental Health Counselor, Residential - Schenectady
This clinical position is responsible for providing assessments and therapeutic services for the youth in our care residentially and their families using differential treatment modalities. While work is primarily performed in the office setting, some work is also completed in the home. The Clinician works closely with the Case Managers as well as the child, family, legal guardian, psychiatrist, nurse, psychologist, educators, child care staff, and other providers toward achieving permanency for the youth.
This position qualifies for a $2,000 sign-on bonus (payable in two parts). ·Master's Degree in Social Work, counseling, psychology, or related human services area required
·Related experience preferred
·Professional licensure preferred: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT;
·Requires a valid, clean driver's license
