As the Program Coordinator for our Intensive Aftercare and Prevention Program, you’ll make a direct impact on the quality of care your clients receive, the development and growth of your team of professionals, and on the culture of an office full of positive, dedicated human services professionals.
You’ll be responsible for managing six team members who are tasked with providing intensive, in-home counseling and case management for families with critical needs, providing clinical and administrative guidance of the teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working with external partners.

Education: Master’s Degree
Experience: 3-5 years of related experience, and NYS driver’s license required.
