Responsibilities of the DevOps Engineer include:
- Design and implement build and deployment configuration processes
- Implement continuous deployment releases
- Apply deployments to a variety of environments
- Manage CI/CD tools
- Work with Windows and Linux environments
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications for the role of DevOps Engineer:
- 2-6 years’ applicable experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another applicable field
- Solid understanding of software development, software engineering processes, and the software development lifecycle
- Experience creating CI/CD pipelines
- Able to use the following technologies:
- Java, Python, Spring Boot
- MySQL, Oracle, Postgres, SQL Server
- AngularJS, React
- Gulp, Bower, npm, Webpack
- Elasticsearch, Redis
- Google Cloud, AWS, Azure
- Apache ActiveMQ, Archiva, Maven
