Client Services Representative

Linium is hiring for a Client Services Representative in the Albany, NY area! Would you like to work for a company that values its employees? The Client Services Representative will receive customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and video technology regarding billing, services and general questions.  Our client is a technical organization and sells software as a service; you will be trained on the products and services.
This position is NOT: a heavy volume call center. It is a small customer service team.
This position is NOT: a sales position.  No selling or upselling is required!
This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a highly sought-after company and grow your professional administrative skills.
Successful candidates will possess the following skills and experience:
  • Associate’s degree in Business Communications required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years’ work experience in customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
