Client Services Associate - Malta

There are two positions position open:

Monday through Friday - 8:30 - 5:00

AND

Monday through Thursday 11:30am - 8:00pm  

Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm   

  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned  

  

 Answer phone calls that come into the Center and assist callers in reaching the most appropriate person to help with their need.   

 Greet all visitors that come to the Center   

 Check in all clients prior to session; verify all insurance information is correct, confirm there are no changes in the phone number or address, and inquire about making a co-payment, collect copayment and appropriate document.   

 Document all phone calls in eCR  

 Assist with scheduling of clients   

 Make reminder calls as directed for appointments that are occuring the next business day and document in the eCR that they have been made   

 Scan and file electronically all documents that are required to be in client's record, following agency protocol   

  

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE  

Requires an Associate’s degree and one to two years of related experience, or requisite education and experience.
