Client Services Associate - Malta
Answer phone calls that come into the Center and assist callers in reaching the most appropriate person to help with their need.
Greet all visitors that come to the Center
Check in all clients prior to session; verify all insurance information is correct, confirm there are no changes in the phone number or address, and inquire about making a co-payment, collect copayment and appropriate document.
Document all phone calls in eCR
Assist with scheduling of clients
Make reminder calls as directed for appointments that are occuring the next business day and document in the eCR that they have been made
Scan and file electronically all documents that are required to be in client's record, following agency protocol
Requires an Associate’s degree and one to two years of related experience, or requisite education and experience.
