Job Description:
As a Construction Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects, particularly those involving concrete work. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and trade skills, the ability to operate heavy equipment, and the capability to read and interpret construction plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Oversee and manage concrete work for various projects, including government, commercial, and residential.
- Organize and direct the work of construction crews, ensuring efficient use of materials and labor.
- Operate heavy equipment as needed, ensuring safe and effective use.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction, making adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman, with a strong focus on concrete work.
- Excellent organizational and trade skills.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform hands-on work as needed.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Salary: between 65K-135k depending on experience.

General Summary:
The Integrated Marketing Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing Golden West marketing strategies through integrated marketing campaigns. This creative, professional position develops and implements integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and grow overall sales. The Integrated Marketing Specialist works with Marketing & Communications team members on a unified approach to accomplish department and company goals.
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain thorough understanding of brand guidelines and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans for both business to consumer and business to business objectives using mass marketing and one-to-one marketing approaches.
- Implement comprehensive marketing plans across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, out of home, traditional media, community events, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to create high-quality content, including blog posts, social media content, email copy, videos, and other marketing materials.

General Summary:
The IT Systems Administrator I (Linux Systems) is responsible for administering, maintaining, monitoring, securing, backing up, and optimizing the Company's IT systems and infrastructure. The IT Systems Administrator I will participate in the configuration of IT systems through project-based initiatives and resolve escalated operational issues related to supported systems in at least one area of specialization: Microsoft Systems, Linux Systems, or Infrastructure/Platform Systems.

- Intermediate Knowledge of backup solutions and techniques.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
- Must have or be able to obtain a core certification in a given specialization within one year (Microsoft systems, Linux systems, Virtualization platforms, etc.). Certification status is expected to be maintained.
- Must have, or be able to obtain, and maintain a valid South Dakota driver's license, have an excellent driving record and be insurable under the Company's insurance policy.
Other Qualifications and/or Credentials:
- Knowledge of the ITL 4 framework is preferred.
- Knowledge of the NIST cybersecurity framework is preferred.
