Dining Services Assistant Manager - Ferris State University
Assist in the management of Dining Service units. Assists in coordinating and supervising the Dining Services activities in Catering and/or other assigned units in the planning, purchasing, production, and presentation of food. Book events, enter and complete all billing, scheduling of staff, all other administrative functions and fill in for the Catering Manager in their absence.
Required: Associate's degree or five years of direct experience in a food service environment. Four years of food service experience, including recent supervisory responsibilities.
