MRC Construction Company seeks an energetic and forward-thinking administrative assistant. Job responsibilities include the following.
- Answering phones/taking messages
- Generally assisting office manager & superintendents
- Data Entering bills
- Providing customer service
- Property management of rental properties by receiving rent/ doing evictions as needed/ calling on venders for repairs as needed.
- Maintaining office appearance
Position requires excellent phone, customer service, and verbal skills, reasonable computer skills, and an energetic, positive attitude. QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required. Also requires a valid drivers license, transportation, background check, and drug test.

- Pay based upon experience but generally starting hourly wage between $11.00 & $13.00/ per hour
- Simple IRA Plan with employer contribution after 6 months
