Your Mission (What you're in for)
As the backbone of our company, success starts with Sales. The Sales Team Manager creates, nurtures, and leads a high-performance sales team, driving productivity and extracting the best performance from each team member. Through the activities of the sales team, the Sales Team Manager is responsible for meeting revenue and profit goals for multiple vertically integrated business unit. The Sales Team Manager oversees the sale of a wide variety of diversified products and services including fuel products and delivery solutions, fuel dispensing equipment installation and service of all types of signs, banners, decals and canopies. The Sales Team Manager is the conductor of our revenue engine, driving the sales team, fostering customer engagement and steering the business.

Qualifications (Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Experience)
5+ years of experience in B2B sales
Proven ability as a "closer"
Successful experience managing a team of 5+ salespeople
Utilizing a CRM to manage sales team tasks, pipeline and closing
Demonstrated ability to hire high-performing salespeople
Strong ability to coach salespeople to higher performance
Experience implementing sales strategies
Ability to accurately forecast future sales volumes
Excel at selling intangible solutions in the B2B market
Knowledge of fuel, freight & logistics, fuel systems and/or sign industry strongly preferred
